Control of temperature and improvement of production and decoration techniques (Granules and Filigree)

Filigree dates back to a time before the Roman invasion of the Iberian Peninsula

14th century

Creation of goldsmith workshops in urban centers. Silver and gold craftsmen organize themselves into guilds

XVII century

Only in the 17th century did the art of Filigree begin to be perfected, influencing craftsmen to this day.
